New Mandatory Lease Rider effective February 2018
In February 2018 the DHCR promulgated a Revised Lease Rider, which along with the Notice Page of the Rider, must be attached to all Rent Stabilized Vacancy and Renewal Leases. The failure of the Owner to comply ,without cause, may result in fines or sanctions
