Reminder: All Category 1 Elevator Inspections must be completed by December 31st.
Form ELV3 must be submitted to the Department of Buildings 60 calendar days from the date of inspection, with satisfactory inspection results. If defects were found during inspection, they must be remedied within 120 days from the inspection and form ELV29, attesting to the repairs, must be filed within 60 calendar days following the date of completion of the repairs.
