Annual Rent Registrations

As of 2013, the Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) will no longer accept paper submission of Annual Registrations. Please use the Owner Rent Regulation Application System to access the Annual Rent Registration (ARRO) Application.

Additional information on the Owner Rent Regulation System and ARRO can be obtained by visiting the website at www.nyshcr.org/rent. Any questions with respect to this system can be sent to the Processing Services Unit at psu@nyscr.org.
